Comfortable, spacious, and only a 15 minute car journey to Walt Disney World Resort, the new Veranda Palms homes are a fantastic option for a family or group of friends.

This new gated community is based in Kissimmee, so you’ll be desirably close to Orlando’s best attractions. You can choose either a four, five or six bedroom home, and your exact villa will be allocated to you upon arrival.

Each home features standard amenities, including a full kitchen, a living and dining space, and a private pool. With bright décor, fun amenities and close proximity to well-known theme parks, this is an easy-going location to spend your family Orlando holiday.

4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes, featuring a master bedroom with a king size bed, plus additional bedrooms sleeping up to two people each. Extra rooms may contain a queen size bed, twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
