Discover Orlando Villas and Homes
For a relaxed, easy-going place to stay whilst enjoying Orlando’s thrilling attractions, we’d highly recommend staying at an Orlando villa or home. Great value for money, plenty of space for your whole family, a private pool, and the ability to do whatever you want, whenever you want - villas and homes are a great option for a holiday to remember.
You can choose from a wide variety of homes, suitable for all budgets and tastes. For the best value, we recommend choosing the ‘Disney Area’ – you’ll be allocated a home and location on arrival, all close to Orlando’s thrilling parks.
Another popular choice is booking homes located in friendly housing communities, including the Highlands Reserve only a 15 minute drive from Walt Disney World resort, and Trafalgar Village Resort close to the Universal Studios.
Our favourite option though, is to choose your villa – we can book you a named villa in an exact address suitable for your holiday plans. These homes aren’t featured on our website as they’re quickly snapped up by excited families, but we will happily email you photos and details of specific villas available during your holiday time. These do cost more, but it will all be on your terms.

Things to Know:
Each villa features at least two sun loungers, four outdoor chairs and one outdoor table. More can be arranged at an extra charge during your booking, however there is the possibility that there may not be enough space around the pool for everyone in your group at the same time.
Pool heating is available in the winter months (from October until April), which comes at an extra charge and should be added at the time of booking. Maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
You’ll need to register at the Kissimmee Office when you arrive, and there will be a mandatory property protection fee of US $35 per week/part of week payable upon registration – this will cover you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home.
