A comfortable 5-bedroom home, perfect for families or groups wanting to be close to the parks. Benefitting from both spa and games room featuring football, ping-pong and air hockey tables, this home has everything you will need to keep you entertained when you’re not out exploring. A private swimming pool faces towards Disney, giving you prime viewing of the Disney’s fireworks.  In addition, the community offers plenty of resort facilities including two heated pools, Club House with, sauna, steam room, hot tub, and much more.

3 further bedrooms, 2 of which are decorated with Harry Potter and Shrek themes and benefit from twin beds. The final room is a double.

This home features a large, fully-equipped kitchen with all crockery and cookware you will need for a self-catering holiday. Guests can dine around the dining table but please be aware there may not be enough room for all guests to dine at once. If you fancy eating out, food is served at the Club House and there are tons of restaurants just a short drive away.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
