Please note: All customers will be required to register at a local office, or via the online portal (coming soon) within 24-hours of arrival. A mandatorynon-refundable property protection fee of approx. $6 per day, capped at a maxium of $126, is payable by debit/credit card upon registration and this will cover you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
