One of the most photographed spots in San Francisco, The Palace of Fine Arts has been a favourite wedding location for couples all around. Located in the Marina District, this venue features Egyptian-style architecture, a gorgeous fountain and glistening lake… it will simply take your breath away.

This setting has been used as a backdrop for many movies including Vertigo, The Rock and Bicentennial Man. This is one of the most beautiful places in San Francisco, and we especially love the majestic pillars and columns inspired by the wonderful ancient Greek architecture. We feature two wedding packages for this venue; A Classic Wedding includes the services of a wedding coordinator, return transfers for the couple, a bridal bouquet, groom’s buttonhole and personalised ceremony. Your wedding can be just the way you like it, from your choice of the kind of ceremony to your choice of any of the stunning iconic locations and venues.  There is no minimum residency period in San Francisco.  Renewal of vows and commitment ceremonies are also available.

Palace of Fine Arts: The Palace of Fine Arts has been a favourite wedding location for couple throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.  It is located in the Marina district and has Egyptian-style buildings, a fountain and lake.  It has often been used as a backdrop for movies including Vertigo, The Rock and Bicentennial Man.

 

Minimum residency period prior to marriage:  1 day

Minimum age : 18

Suggested stay in San Francisco   : 5 nights

Weddings take place : Monday – Sunday (subject to availability)

Documents Required:

  • Valid original 10-year UK passport which expires more than 6 months after the date of your return to the UK.

If Required

  • If you have been divorced, the original of your decree absolute.

Before you travel:

We do not require any documents to be sent in advance.

When you get there:

Kate Talbot, (a Brit, by the way) is your wedding coordinator in San Francisco and will guide you every step of the way, before you leave and when you get there.  Kate knows the city intimately and will help you choose a location that is exactly what you want, she can also help with any other special services or needs you have.
