Located in the exclusive community of Encore, this homes is conveniently close to Orlando’s famous theme parks, restaurants, and shopping. You’ll find well-manicured grounds with access to beach volleyball courts, a clubhouse with restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately, Encore waterpark access is not available as the HOA has many restrictions, however Jimmy Buffett's Island H2O, a much larger and advanced waterpark is a mere 10-minute drive away.
