This family-friendly retreat is located on the banks of Lake Davenport, just 9 miles from Walt Disney World and its array of theme parks and restaurants.

498 apartments in 38 buildings of either two or three floors.

Each apartment has a spacious kitchen, lounge and dining area, plus screened balcony or terrace. Each is superbly furnished and fitted with air conditioning, television, stereo, CD player, iron and ironing board, fully equipped kitchen including cooker, microwave, refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer,  in-room safe, DVD player, coffee maker, crib & highchair, linen and towels.
