She really loves a road trip…but likes it to be slow-paced to be able to enjoy eating, drinking and relaxing on beaches as well as exploring the spectacular national parks. Holly’s favourite US city is New Orleans with its amazing energy, rich history and delicious cuisine. In Canada, Vancouver is a favourite - a great city with a great location, being central to the beautiful mountain scenery of Whistler and the whale & wildlife spotting in the Strait of Georgia.
