These villas are part of a secure gated community, in a great location in Kissimmee, close the the US192. Just 15 minutes from the WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort, you’ll find all of Orlando’s top attractions within easy reach.

There is a dining area and living room, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, so you can feel right at home from the moment you arrive. There’s also a private screened pool so you can soak up some sunshine.

Top tip: In addition to the facilities within your own villa, you’ll also have access to the communal clubhouse where you can make the most of a sports lounge, games and a computer room.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
