Famous for its beach, Nags Head has the longest municipal stretch of oceanfront at 11 miles, with many sand dunes which historically were used to lure ships in to flounder upon, whilst locals raided the coffers.
This small town is home to family operated businesses and a small population of permanent residents. A small town atmosphere prevails, creating an easy charm and a slow, relaxed pace of life. A perfect place in our opinion to stay a few days and slow the pace right down.
