Orlando - 7 nights

There are so many things to do in Orlando away from the theme parks, but there’s no escaping the fact that Orlando is unofficially known as “The Theme Park Capital of the World”.

Of course, it goes without saying that Walt Disney World Resort is where it all began.  Covering 47 square miles, you can enjoy the four main theme parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.  Not to mention Disney's marvellously immersive Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon waterparks.

Universal Orlando Resort is another mammoth enterprise, consisting of the two theme parks: Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure including “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter”, plus a night-time entertainment complex Universal CityWalk and Universal's incredible water theme park, Volcano Bay!

It can be difficult to decide between International Drive, Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee when it comes to selecting your hotel. We've selected a hotel on I-Drive due to it's central location with restaurants, shopping and attractions within walking distance.  Not to mention you're quick onto the interstate if you want to take a visit at the Kennedy Space Centre or a day-trip to the Gulf Coast.

Fort Lauderdale - 3 nights

Time for an all-American road trip down the east coast of the state.  Hop in your car and take a leisurely drive south to the beautiful coastal city of Fort Lauderdale.  We recommend coming off the highway and stopping  in the many of the coastal towns you'll find hugging the Atlantic, including Jenson Beach, Jupiter and West Palm Beach for a little retail therapy and a spot of lunch.

Once you arrive in Fort Lauderdale, it's really time to relax on the beautiful beaches of this lovely part of the coast. Fort Lauderdale has lots to do, as well as offering some of the most sumptuous dining options at both a casual or fine dining level.

There is so much more of the Sunshine State to see.  Discuss your options and extend your stay in Miami or continue the adventure beyond with the most scenic drive in Florida, down to the Florida Keys.
