Your immersive New York wedding day will begin with a picturesque, gorgeous wedding held in Central Park, followed by an exclusive limousine photo tour, taking in the sites of the city’s most famous landmarks, ending your special day with a stunning dinner cruise on the Hudson River.

Central Park is famous for its wonderful verdant scenery, tranquil atmosphere and iconic status as the slice of tranquil paradise in one of the world’s most fantastic cities. Following your beautiful park wedding, travel in style and have photo opportunities outside New York’s most famous sites, including Times Square, the Flatiron and Empire State Building.

Your special day will wind down with the incredibly romantic Hudson’s Dinner Cruise, which offers one of the most luxurious, intimate experiences in the world. Dinner is served as part of a two-hour cruise which soaks up the sensational vistas of New York’s skyline; you’ll sail down the Hudson and up to the Freedom Tower, and far enough north to catch a glimpse of the United Nations’ magnificent architecture. The ship will then turn around and set sail back to Pier 81, where you will witness wonderful views of the Statue of Liberty, as well as the Empire State, Chrysler Building and other hidden gems along the way.

This all adds up to a truly wonderful place to have your wedding.  Following your Park wedding, travel in style and have photo opportunities outside New York’s most famous sites including Times Square, the Flatiron and Empire State Building.  Ending your special day with one of the most special evenings of your life.  Hudsons Dinner Cruise offers one of the ultimate luxurious romantic experiences in the world.  Dinner is served as part of a 2 hour cruise taking in the sensational sights of the New York skyline.   The dinner cruise sails down the Hudson and up to the Freedom Tower, and far enough north for guests to catch a glimpse of the pristine architecture of the United Nations.  The ship then turns around and sets sail back to Pier 81 where you will also have views of the Statue of Liberty. Other well-known landmarks visible along the cruise include the shimmering art deco spires of the Empire State and Chrysler Building. Wedding Days and Times

  • Minimum residency period prior to marriage: 1 working day
  • Minimum age : 18
  • Minimum stay in New York : 5 nights
  • Weddings take place : Monday – Friday

Documents Required:

•        Valid original 10-year UK passport which expires more than 6 months after the date of your return to the UK.

•        Marriage licence (applied for in New York)

If Required

•        If you have been divorced, decree absolute.

•        If you have been widowed, the original copy of your partner's death certificate.

•        If you have changed your name, the original copy of the deed poll

•        If you were adopted, the original copy of your adoption certificate.

Before you travel:

We do not require any documents to be sent in advance.

When you get there:

At least 24 hours before your wedding day you need to apply for a New York marriage licence.  This is a very simple process which you can complete as a couple together. You will also have a pre wedding meeting with the New York Wedding Planner to go through all aspects of the wedding, including how to obtain your wedding licence.  The meeting will normally take place at your hotel.

You must both apply in person to the New York City Clerk’s Office, Marriage Licence Bureau at 141 Worth Street, New York City.  The cost of the licence is included in your wedding package.  The City Clerk’s Office is open Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and you need to have at least 24 hours grace period from obtaining your licence before the wedding day.

Hudson’s at Pier 81 Wedding Dinner Cruise

Hudsons’ yacht does not operate December 25 & January 1.  Your wedding commences at 5.30pm with general boarding at 6pm.  The cruise departs at 7pm and returns to Pier 81 at 9pm.  For larger wedding groups, a deposit will be required and may also incur an additional group supplement. Children under 3 are free.  Please note the Yacht is subject to a change of vessel fleet and schedule sailing time at any time.  If you would like the photographer to extend their stay with you while on board & throughout the cruise, this can be done at an additional supplement of US$700.
