Overview

Based in Kissimmee, within a 20 - 35 minute drive of WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and easy travelling distance to other top attractions, Disney-area standard homes are the perfect place to enjoy all the thrills and adventure that Orlando has to offer.

Your villa will be allocated on arrival – but all of them are equipped to the same standard with kitchen facilities, a dining area, a living area with satellite TV and an en-suite master bedroom with a king or queen bed. We think they serve as the perfect cost-effective base to see the best of Orlando and the surrounding area.

Each villa has its own private, screened pool - perfect for cooling off. From November to April, the pool can be heated for a small supplement if requested at the time of booking.

Top Tip: Kissimmee really is ideally located – you’re within half an hour’s drive to almost all of Orlando’s favourite attractions, not to mention the variety of shops and restaurants on International Drive.

Standard three bedroom villas feature:

  • An open-plan lounge, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen featuring an oven-hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer
  • Large master bedroom with king or queen bed and en suite bathroom
  • Second and third bedrooms are either a double, twin or bunk beds
  • Pull-out sofa beds are provided for maximum villa occupancy

If you’re looking for a larger villa:

  • Four and five bedroom villas feature an additional  one or two bedrooms with either double, twin or bunk beds
  • Private, screened swimming pool (heating available – request at the time of booking)
  • Pool and sundeck furniture

Please note: All customers will be required to register at a local office, or via the online portal (coming soon) within 24-hours of arrival. A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of approx. US $35 per week/part of week is payable by debit/credit card upon registration and this will cover you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
For arrivals from 11th February 2019 the property protection fee will change to $6 per day, capped at a maxium of $126.

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
