Day 1

Arrive in Portland

Fly into Portland check into your hotel. Explore its boutique shopping district and vast variety of restaurants.

This evening we recommend dinner at Ava Gene’s, this Italian restaurant combines family style dining with a comforting twist.

Day 2

Today, enjoy seeing this city in depth as you explore all its wonders. Portland is famed for its culinary scene, coffee shops, a multitudinous craft breweries and ice-cream parlours. See the gorgeous Japanese Garden, the largest in the world outside of Japan or how about the International Rose Test Gardens – home to over 650 varieties, giving the city its nickname the “City of Roses”.

Explore Pioneer Place, set in the heart of downtown Portland, its four blocks are filled with tax-free shopping, entertainment and dining. If your stay falls over the weekend, swing by Portland Saturday Market for a taste of Portland with its locally produced products.

Enjoy dinner at Le Pigeon, a French bistro with an intimate setting boasting huge flavours.

Day 3

Today, grab your car hire and set off to see the incredible Mount Hood, home of glacier peaks and snowfields this towering stratovolcano is part of the Cascade Volcanic Arc and an elevated height of 3,429 metres high. Drive along the exhilarating Mt Hood Scenic Byway and take in its gorgeous scenery and lush valleys as you make your way to Oregon’s most iconic landmarks. On your journey, stop and witness the imposing Multnomah Falls. This grand waterfall stands over 186 metres tall. How about stopping by the grand Timberline Lodge as you may recognise it as the famous hotel in “The Shining”.

Make your way back and enjoy dinner at Mother’s Bistro & Bar, an authentic home style cooking inspired by mothers all over the world.

Day 4

Enjoy a leisurely morning and make your way to Oregon’s coast to see Ecola State Park and Cannon Beach. This breathtaking shoreline is one not to be missed as you see the impressive Haystack Rock, a huge monolith and famous landmark.

Day 5

For wine enthusiasts, a trip south to Willamette Valley is a must. Famed for its delicious pinot noir, enjoy a wine tasting tour throughout the region and visit a handful of vineyards amongst the 300 situated here.

We recommend a visit to Clubhouse at Domaine Serene, a stunning building with endless views of Winery Hill Estate vineyards. Enjoy their dedicated food and wine pairing lounge along with a fabulous tasting of chardonnay or pinot noir and perhaps a tour of the vineyards (to be booked in advance). In the evening, how about dinner at Joel Palmer House, a family run restaurant, renowned for its exceptional fine dining.

Day 6

Today you’ll fly home from Portland.
