Transportation

By car: There are numerous car hire services available if you want to self-drive around Palm Springs, and this is a great option is you plan on exploring some of the outer lying sights. The airport has a selection of car hire companies so you should be able to arrange this easily.

By bus: The bus routes operating in the city centre are easy to navigate and cost-effective; some of the routes travel via the neighbouring resort cities too.

By bike: Palm Springs is a great place for cycling, particularly in the cooler months, as the landscape is relatively flat and dry – there are several rental facilities available within the town.

Currency

The local currency is the US Dollar; credit cards are widely accepted.
