There’s something so cool and retro about The Garland. Maybe it’s the nod to beloved actress Beverly Garland, or it could be the trendy citrus colours and clash of patterns – either way, the vibe here is classically Californian in style and ambience.

Located in North Hollywood, you’ll feel like a world away from the hustle and bustle of LA as you relax by the pool, but in reality, you’re just a five-minute drive to thrilling Universal Studios – which can be reached by the complimentary shuttle, and a 15-minute drive from Hollywood Hills.

The Garland is the place where couples and families alike can relax and enjoy the simple things in life. Gather round at The Front Yard to share a sumptuous flatbread and drink cocktails by the outdoor fireplace, chill out in the vibrant Lobby Lounge, take a dip in the pool or enjoy some quiet time in your contemporary room.

The rooms here are spacious and colourful. Choose from smaller Deluxe and Premium rooms that are perfect for couples, to fantastic suites with bunkbeds and two TVs for young families. The One Bedroom Suites are wonderful with their views of the Hollywood Hills from the two balconies, whilst the James Suite offers 1000sqft of stylish luxury.

This gorgeous hotel is located within seven lush acres in North Hollywood, and it’s delightfully close by to LA’s greatest attractions and locations. Hop on the complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios yet five minutes away, or hire a car and drive just 10 minutes to Hollywood and 20 minutes to downtown LA.

  • Deluxe Two Queen Beds Accessible – Larger rooms featuring two queen beds, an ADA accessible bathroom with your choice of a roll-in shower or bathtub, and an accessible balcony door.
  • Premium Rooms – Chic rooms with a large king size bed and gorgeous views.
  • Wellness Suites – These spacious suites feature a number of exercise equipment for you to keep fit, including adjustable weights, a Peloton bike and a mirror fitness system. Also featuring a king size bed and a white noise machine. The minibar even offers healthy snacks.
  • Kids Rooms – Colourful rooms created specifically for families, with a separate section for the kids to relax and sleep in comfy bunkbeds. The adults can sleep in a queen size bed, and there’s even a TV for each section – including a DVD player for the kids.
  • Family Suites – Stylish and spacious suites ideal for families, featuring a separate nook with bunkbeds for the kids, a king-size bed for the parents, a large living room and two flat screen TVs.
  • Portola Suites – Trendy suites featuring a king size bed, a separate nook with a workstation and a big living area.
  • One Bedroom Suites – Luxury 7th floor suites featuring a separate bedroom with a king size bed, plus a large living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the Hollywood Hills.
  • James Suite – Enjoy over 1000sqft of glamour with this ultra-stylish suite. Boasting a master bedroom with a king size bed, a spacious lounge, a wet bar kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, and three balconies with spectacular views of Universal Studios.

  • The Front Yard – A laidback restaurant showing off LA’s vibrant foodie scene with shareable dishes including rustic flatbreads and a trendy cocktail menu. The indoor seating feels homely and inviting with its cool bar and cosy seating areas, whilst outside you’ll find a gorgeous garden area with an outdoor fireplace.
