Las Vegas - Zion & Bryce Canyon National Parks
Today’s journey takes you through St George before reaching spectacular Zion National Park for a visit to this lush green canyon. Next on to Bryce Canyon National Park where sandstone spires reflect colourful hues from every vista point. Here you visit the amphitheatre of hoodoos, the oddly shaped stone monoliths.

Bryce - Salt Lake City
Journey north to Salt Lake City, capital city of the state of Utah. Your afternoon orientation tour takes you to the historic Temple Square to view the Salt Lake Tabernacle, home of the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, the Assembly Hall and the visitor centre. This evening is at leisure; perhaps join an optional dinner at the historic Lion house and a visit to Beehive House, the home and office of Brigham Young.

Salt Lake City - Jackson
Travel across the Oregon Trail, the only feasible route west in the 19th century en route to Jackson, Wyoming. There is time to wander through this authentic old-western town, framed dramatically by the Grand Tetons to the north. Why not stop for a drink at the Million Dollar Cowboy Saloon? This evening enjoy a Highlight Dinner at a local restaurant in the town square.

Jackson - Grand Teton & Yellowstone National Parks (2 nights)
This morning there is time for an optional guided float trip down the most scenic stretch of the Snake River (seasonal). Then travel through striking Grand Teton National Park on to Yellowstone National Park. The beauty of this geothermal wonderland is amazing. Home to a variety of elk and bears, Yellowstone also has one of the few large herds of buffalo still in existence. This evening, join your Tour Director for an other-worldly stroll around the broadwalks of the West Thumb Geyser Basin visiting such colourful spots as Abyss Pool, Thumb Paint Pots and the storied Fishing Cone. (When the South Entrance is closed due to weather conditions, the tour will travel west from Jackson via Idaho and enter Yellowstone National Park through the West Entrance).

Yellowstone National Park Sightseeing
Enjoy a full day tour of Yellowstone National Park. Marvel at the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone River with the 407-foot Lower Falls, Hayden Valley, Midway Geyser Basin, mud pots, hot pools, fumaroles and geysers. Watch the blast of Old Faithful Geyser, which errupts almost every hour. (FB)
Yellowstone - Cody - Billings
Travel to Cody, named after its most famous resident, Buffalo Bill Cody and learn about his adventures during a visit to the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. The journey continues to your hotel in the historic cattle town of Billings, Montana. Tonight, get your host, a life-long cowboy and entertainer, for a ’Be My Guest’ Cowboy Dinner. You’ll be regaled with tales and ballads of the Old West while your hearty dinner is coocked up cowboy-style. Join in the fun with harmonica lessons and horseshoes and dress up in cowboy duds for a photo souvenir. Yeehah!

Billings - Deadwood - Rapid City (2 nights)
The first stop today is at the Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument, site of the infamous Custer’s Last Stand. Here, in June 1876, Custer and his few men faced several thousand Native Americans in battle. Then head into South Dekota for a stop at Deadwood and explore the town aboard a narrated trolley. Continue on to Rapid City.

Black Hills Excursion
The day begins with a journey through the Black Hills. Learn the story behind Mount Rushmore, followed by incredible views of this amazing sculpture depicting four great American Presidents. Next, stop at the Crazy Horse Memorial, which honours all Native Americans. This evening is at leisure. (FB)
Rapid City - Denver
Journey through the Black Hills National Forest where Ponderosa Pines, spruce and aspen forests provide a home for a variety of wildlife. The journey continues through the grassland prairies of South Dakota and Wyoming on to Colorado’s capital city - Denver, also known as the Mile High City. This evening enjoy a Farewell Dinner with your fellow travellers.
