Following a blissful ceremony, the bride and groom, accompanied by up to ninety-four guests, will embark on an exclusive sightseeing tour with photo opportunities outside New York’s most famous attractions, including Times Square, the Flatiron, the Empire State Building and Grand Central Station.

Our Classic Wedding package includes a team of specialists and coordinators to ensure your special day is utterly perfect, as well as a luxury limousine transfer to Central Park for the Bride & Groom, the exclusive use of a private double-decker bus, a professional photographer, a rose bouquet and buttonhole, and lots more treats to make your day match your dreams.

Weddings performed Monday through Friday all year, depending on availability, (Saturday weddings carry a supplement.  Not available Christmas Day or New Year’s Day).  If your wedding party is over 20 or more, please be aware of a group fee of $150.

This all adds up to a truly wonderful place to have your wedding.  Then, you & your wedding party embark on your very own and exclusive Double-Decker Bus sightseeing tour and have photo opportunities outside New York’s most famous sites including Times Square, the Flatiron and Empire State Building and Grand Central Station.  The perfect wedding and the best fun way to see New York!

Wedding Days and Times

  • Minimum residency period prior to marriage: 1 working day
  • Minimum age : 18
  • Minimum stay in New York : 5 nights
  • Weddings take place : Monday – Friday

Documents Required:

•        Valid original 10-year UK passport which expires more than 6 months after the date of your return to the UK.

•        Marriage licence (applied for in New York)

If Required

•        If you have been divorced, decree absolute.

•        If you have been widowed, the original copy of your partner's death certificate.

•        If you have changed your name, the original copy of the deed poll

•        If you were adopted, the original copy of your adoption certificate.

Before you travel:

We do not require any documents to be sent in advance.

When you get there:

We would recommend a 5 night stay in New York.  At least 24 hours before your wedding day you need to apply for a New York marriage licence.  This is a very simple process which you can complete as a couple together.  You must allow for a full 24 hours to pass from obtaining the licence before you can get married. The cost of your licence is included in your wedding package.  You must both apply in person to the New York City Clerk’s Office, however this is a very simple and easy process and the New York wedding planner will go through all these details in your pre-wedding meeting when you arrive.  The double decker bus can accommodate up to 96 people.  No alcohol on board..
