Weddings performed Monday through Sunday (depending on availability)

Choice of wedding venues

  • Shipwreck’s Or Salt Pond Beach – Along the Poipu beach area there are some small beach settings great for a ceremony.
  • Waipouli Beach – Open stretch of sandy beach on eastern shoreline.

Documents Required:

  • Passport (which expires more than 6 months after the date of your return to the UK)
  • Birth Certificate (Both short and long certificate are acceptable)

If Required

•        If you have been divorced: Decree Absolute is required.

Before you travel:

We do not require any documents sent before your departure, however there is a wedding licence that must be started before arriving to Hawaii.  Full details will be sent with your wedding pack.

When you get there:

The marriage licence is not included in wedding packages and must be arranged by guests on their own at the office of marriage license. (approx. $65).  We recommend arriving in Hawaii at least 2 working days, not including holidays prior to wedding day. Please arrange to have this prior to wedding date.  Hawaii law does not require wedding witnesses. The wedding ceremony will be performed by a state-licenced, non-denominational minister.  Upon arrival to Hawaii please call supplier to arrange pre-wedding meeting with coordinator.
