Day 1

Fly to New York

Enjoy your complimentary private VIP transfer to your UK departure airport to fly to New York. On arrival, transfer to your luxurious hotel, the Park Hyatt New York.  At 6pm, join your Travelling Concierge for a welcome dinner and light meal accompanied by a violinist from the renowned Juilliard School.

Day 2

New York

After a relaxed start, a local expert will show you the city highlights. View the Statue of Liberty from Battery Park, marvel at New York's elegant Empire State and Chrysler Buildings and get an overview of iconic Central Park. Afterwards you are taken around Grand Central Station with a local expert to admire this architectural marvel. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to perhaps take in a Broadway show or explore the acclaimed art galleries and museums.

Day 3

Newport - Boston

This morning, journey to historic Newport Rhode Island, and travel along Ocean Drive, lined with the spectacular mansions of America's wealthiest families. Visit The Breakers, the grandest of Newport's summer "cottages" and a symbol of the prestigious Vanderbilt family's social and financial preeminence during the late 19th century. Later this evening, arrive in Boston for the next two nights.

Day 4

Boston

Enjoy a fascinating insight into Boston on this morning's historical sightseeing tour, taking in several stops along Boston's famed Freedom Trail to hear hear all about the American colonists during revolutionary times. Then, view the colourful neighbourhoods of Back Bay and Bunker Hill, site of the noted revolutionary battle. Afterwards you will enjoy a private visit led by a student of prestigious Harvard University, America's oldest university founded in 1636. Relax and linger over a delicious Highlight Dinner at a local restaurant tonight.

Day 5

Boston - Philadelphia

Today travel to Philadelphia, one of America's first cities, founded by the Quakers to escape religious persecution and still known as the City of Brotherly Love. Amid America's Most Historic Square Mile explore the Independence National Historic Park and its many historic attractions. View Independence Hall, where America's founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, and the giant Liberty Bell in its glass pavilion. Check into your five-star luxury hotel in the heart of Philadelphia and then later in the evening enjoy a Highlight Dinner at one of the city's popular restaurants

Day 6

Philadelphia - Washington DC

In the morning enjoy a VIP Taste of Philly, when a local expert will reveal the fascinating history behind some of Philadelphia's most famous delicacies at the historic Reading Terminal Market. Then travel south to Washington DC, arriving in the afternoon to give you a few hours at leisure in this fascinating city.

Day 7

Washington DC

After a relaxed start, enjoy an insightful tour of Washington D.C. with a local expert. See the capital's iconic landmarks, including the White House, Washington Monument and National Mall. Also take time to visit the inspirational World War II and Lincoln Memorials. You will also be taken on an expert-guided visit of the Library of Congress - the largest in the world. This evening join your Tour Director for the Celebration Dinner at one of the best restaurants in DC.

Day 8

Washington DC - New York

This morning, transfer to Washington airport or you can transfer back to New York where you can either fly home or extend your stay for a few more nights. (NB: Please do not schedule flights before 7pm). On arrival at your UK airport, your driver will greet you and escort you to your waiting car for your return private VIP  transfer home.
