When to go to New England
Climates can vary between the states but in general average highs of around 29°C in July and lows of -9°C in January. As you might expect, Vermont and some of the White Mountains region sees heavier snowfall than the coastal regions.
New England cuisine is primarily influenced by English fare, but thanks to the influx of European immigrants and Caribbean trading routes, there’s a lot more to the regional gastronomy than than first meets the eye.
