A large gated community situated just a short distance from Orlando’s top attractions, Emerald Island Resort homes offer the perfect blend of home comforts with a great location. The palm-lined streets will lead you to the expansive homes which are surrounded by landscaped gardens and natural woodland. Lounge in the pool as you soak up the Floridian sunshine or keep active with a friendly game of volleyball on the soft-sand court.

There’s a children’s play area so youngsters can stay entertained, and the grounds are monitored by security at all times for complete peace of mind. Go for a jog or a soothing walk through the nature trails here, where you’ll get the chance to really explore your surroundings. On top of the fantastic facilities here, you’re in a prime location for experiencing Orlando’s theme parks.

Top tip: If you don’t fancy venturing outside of the resort, you can pick up a few essential items at the on-site shop – great for snacks and sundries.

This delightful gated community is in a prime location, just minutes from Highway 192 and less than 10 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Approximate driving times (does vary with the time of day)

All villas are equipped with a large kitchen providing everything you need for a self-catering holiday, plus a dining area (although not all dining tables can seat the maximum number of guests). On resort there is also a Clubhouse which serves food and there are many restaurants and supermarkets located close by.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
