Having your own kitchen is a real bonus, allowing you to keep a plentiful supply of ice cold drinks and to be able to rustle up a snack whenever you want it. Breakfast can be a much more relaxed affair in your own villa, and perhaps you’ll have time for a swim whilst the kids fuel themselves for a high energy day in the park. All the villas have good supermarkets within easy reach, so you can keep the costs down whilst stocking up on family favourites.

Our villas are located in pleasant neighbourhoods throughout the locality of Kissimmee, which is ideally situated for all the attractions of Orlando. We have selected a variety of communities so that there is something for everyone, and here are just a few examples:

Highland Reserve villas are situated around the beautiful golf course – perfect for golfers obviously, but non-golfers will also enjoy the lovely landscaped grounds.

Trafalgar Village Resort is a gated community with a club house offering a movie theatre, arcade games room and fitness room

Calabay Parc homes are located in a beautiful location set amongst picturesque pine trees and orange groves

Championsgate Resort Homes is a luxury gated community in a prime location just 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World Resort. Here you'll find a beautiful golf course and club house with restaurant and fitness centre

Disney Area Executive Villas are our value for money choice – these villas are a maximum of half an hour away from Walt Disney World Resort and are allocated when you arrive.

Car Rental

Our villa prices include the rental of a car, allowing you the freedom to come and go as you please, spend as much or as little time in the parks, and shop for either groceries or luxuries without having to carry them home.

The car also gives you the opportunity to explore the area around Orlando, perhaps visit the Kennedy Space Centre an hour away at Cape Canaveral. Or take a trip to Busch Gardens which is a fantastic combination of theme park and safari park appealing to all ages, and takes about an hour and a half.

Four bedroom villas have an additional twin room

Five bedroom villas have two additional twin rooms and two additional bathrooms

Pull out sofa bed or rollaway beds are provided for maximum villa occupancy
