Overview

The Disney Area Executive Homes offer a great value base for your Orlando holiday. Each villa has its own private pool with patio area, plus a fully equipped kitchen and lounge with cable TV. These villas are located in a variety of communities around Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City or Clermont areas, so driving times to the theme parks do vary and will be approximately 20 to 45 minutes depending on the time of day.

These homes are a great place to retreat after a day enjoying the thrills of the theme parks or a long day shopping at the outlet malls. BBQ’s are available to rent so you can enjoy al fresco dinners, and there are plenty of supermarkets to stock up on all the family favourites for those relaxing evenings at your home-from-home.

Whilst these Disney Area Homes offer excellent value for money, you could upgrade to a specific community such as Highlands Reserve which has the advantage of knowing exactly where you’re going to be located in relation to the different theme parks that you and your party are wanting to visit, and also many of these named communities have communal facilities such as a large swimming pool, children’s play area or sports facilities such as tennis or golf.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.
