Overview

Set in the heart of Kissimmee, this gated community offers a wealth of facilities. Enjoy playing volleyball or tennis in the sunshine on one of the communal courts, or head to the sun deck to lounge in the hot tub. There’s a 58-seat movie theatre for great evening entertainment, as well as a fully equipped fitness centre for active guests.

There’s a children’s outdoor playground where the kids can enjoy themselves, as well as a lounge area if you simply want to relax and unwind. The resort is situated close to the major theme parks and attractions in the area, so your holiday will be stress-free and fun-filled.

Top tip: The Clubhouse offers that element of hotel-style living to make your stay extra indulgent – dine on Domino’s pizza, enjoy Starbucks coffee and even a small shop for sundries.

There are 4, and 5 bedroom homes available. There is 1 en-suite bedroom with king- or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds, and additional bathroom(s). All villas have a fully equipped kitchen with the following facilities:

Each villa is equipped with self-catering facilities and a dining area (please note: dining tables may not be large enough to accommodate all guests at once). Most homes also have an additional dining set located outside next to the pool. You can also eat at the Clubhouse which serves Domino’s pizza and Starbucks. There are plenty of local eateries available if you’d prefer to explore the local area.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
