Trafalgar Village Resort Homes, situated in the heart of Florida, are part of a gated community that offers seclusion and accessibility. Approximately 30 minutes from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort and 20 minutes from the world class Universal Studios and SeaWorld Orlando, they’re ideal for families who want to make the most of the great nearby attractions. The village is surrounded by luscious woodlands and lakes, so there’s plenty of scope for cycling or jogging during your stay.

Each home features a private screened pool for you and your family to enjoy, as well as a TV and DVD player in the main living of every villa. There are plenty of local shops and amenities nearby so you can find everything you need just a short drive away.

Top tip: The community houses a club house that offers an arcade room, expansive movie theatre and a fitness room.

There are 4 and 5 bedroom homes available. Homes have one en-suite bedroom with a king or queen-size bed. Additional bedrooms sleep up to 2 people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or bunk beds and additional bathroom(s). The homes also feature the following amenities:

Each home features a fully-equipped kitchen with all of your self-catering facilities. Every villa will also include a dining table but please be aware that not all tables will be able to accommodate all guests at once. There are plenty of restaurants and other food outlets located nearby.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
