Overview

Disney Area Executive Plus Homes are a great choice for family and friends seeking a peaceful haven after exciting days at the theme parks and attractions of Orlando. They are spacious and fully air-conditioned, and as well as a private pool, each of the “Executive Plus” homes also feature either a games room or a spa. In the living area there is a TV with satellite/cable channels, and you’ll also find one in the master bedroom.

These villas are located in a variety of communities around Kissimmee, Davenport, Haines City or Clermont areas, so driving times to the theme parks do vary and will be approximately 20 to 45 minutes depending on the time of day. If you’d like to choose the exact location of your home, then upgrade to one of our specific communities such as Glenbrook Homes which are located by US27 just a few minutes north of US192 West.

Available in 4, 5, or 6 bedroom properties, these homes all come with a master bedroom featuring a king or queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Each additional room will be able to sleep two people and may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
