Championsgate Resort is a gated community of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 bedroom homes sleeping up to 18 people. Each home comes with its very own private screened pool for all the family to enjoy. Homes also have laundry facilities and you can enjoy the added luxury of either a games room or spa.

All homes at Championsgate come equipped with a fantastic kitchen featuring granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a formal dining area. Please note, not all dining areas can accommodate all villa guests, but additional seating can usually be found at the breakfast bar. Kitchens are equipped with all of the cookware and facilities you need in your home from home.

There are hundreds of restaurants located within a 20 minute drive of the resort, or why not spend some time at the fantastic Golf Clubhouse Grill for lunch or dinner. Alternately you will find the Tiki Bar a great place to head for a relaxing drink after a busy day at the parks.

Property protection Fee

Please note: A mandatory non-refundable property protection fee of US $6 per day, capped at a maximum of $126 per stay, is payable by debit/credit card, covering you for up to US $1,000 of damage to the home. Failure to comply with the above will leave the guest liable for any damage identified by the property manager.
All customers will be required to complete registration and payment of the property protection fee either at the local Orlando office, or via the online portal within 24-hours of your arrival. Registration can be completed via the portal, prior to arrival, at https://oceanbeds.com/register/
Your Villa confirmation number, lead passenger name card details are required in order to complete registration on line.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is available in the winter months from October to April, and if you are travelling in this period it is recommended that you pre-book pool heating (extra charge payable). Please note that maintaining a temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the air temperature, the pool will always feel refreshing even if it’s 80 degrees outside. The air temperature needs to reach at least 55 degrees before the heater will turn on, so prepare for a cooler pool in the morning as it will take some time to reach its maximum heat.
