Overnight visitors stayed an average of 3.8 nights in 2007. 70% of visitors indicated they were there for pleasure, 13.6% visited for a convention or trade show and 11.5% for a corporate meeting or business. 88% indicated they would be likely to recommend New Orleans as a destination to family and friends
